Ingredients:

ALPINE:
Fresh greens (like arugula, spinach, or kale) and alpine herbs (like chives or thyme)

DESERT:
Dried fruits (like apricots or dates) and roasted chickpeas for a hearty texture

ROCK:
Crushed nuts (like almonds or walnuts) for crunch

Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sliced fresh chilies (optional) as dressing

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine a handful of fresh greens. Think of it as the lush alpine meadows. Sprinkle in some crushed nuts to give that delightful crunch, resembling rocky terrain. Add a mix of dried fruits for sweetness and some roasted chickpeas for protein, symbolizing the resilience of desert life. Finely chop some chives or thyme and toss them in for a fresh alpine flavor.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine – feel free to ad some chilies for extra spice.

In the wake of the tumultuous 2020s, a wave of change swept over HOT RUNNING BLOOD, bringing with it fresh faces and innovative sounds. Shedding the constraints of a four-piece formation, the band embarked on a journey of musical exploration, reimagining old classics and crafting new sonic landscapes.

Their reformation opened doors to newfound creative freedoms, resulting in a collection of new song material, which they will now release as a new album. So HRB calls out to their audience with a simple question: Are you ready?

Middle ages:

Transporting us back to the vibrant tapestry of the 2010s, HRB's saga unfolds amidst the release of their second album in 2013. The next year, they embarked on a thrilling European tour alongside Karma To Burn (US), showcasing their magnetic stage presence to audiences far and wide. The pinnacle of their journey came in 2015 when they graced the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival stage.
Yet, despite all their achievements, change loomed on the horizon. By 2018, as their third album dawned, HRB found themselves navigating through the turbulence of lineup changes. Still, their story was far from over...

Dark ages:

Cast your gaze back to the enigmatic era before 2012, where the origins of HRB lay shrouded in mystery and whispers of the past. Little remains known of this bygone time, save for fragmented memories passed down by former bandmates and allies.
Yet, amidst the fog of uncertainty, tales emerge of a debut album released sometime between 2008 and 2010, thrusting HRB into the limelight with a captivating performance at the revered 2011 Gurten Festival. Some speak of whispers of an EP that preceded this monumental debut, hinting at a hidden chapter in the band's genesis.
